BRIEFING

Ocine is a cinema chain with theatres in the Autonomous Regions of Catalonia, Valencia, Navarre, the Basque Country and Madrid.
For Ocine, the social networks are an important channel for disseminating news and attracting customers, as well as for customer service, enabling them to deal with queries on programming, sale of tickets, etc.

RESOLUTION

Neorg has developed Ocine’s communication strategy on the social networks and one of our community managers handles the everyday tasks of energising the contents, as well as customer service.

RESULTS

Ocine currently has a community of over 68,200 fans on Facebook and 13,400 followers on Twitter, with a high level of interaction of the community with the brand on the social networks.
