BRIEFING

InmoCaixa Enterprise, property of the investment holding CriteriaCaixa, started the building and marketing of a new project in Santiago de Compostela, and it relied on Neorg for the development of the branding and different sales material.

RESOLUTION

Neorg has worked in the creation of the brand Santa Marta Residential, suggesting the naming and the graphic line. It also made the design and layout of the new housing catalogue, an essential tool for its commercialization, and other materials such as the corporate folder, diptych and perimeter canvas for the construction plot.
The project has been completed with the dramatization of the sales office of the houses and the creation of a video loop for the screens in the waiting room.

RESULTS

Being already begun the commercialization of the new housing of Santa Marta Residential, we expect that the delivery of the finished buildings will be between November and December 2019.
